Is Wi-Fi Available?

Yes- Upon checking in to the house you will find a Welcome Guide which includes the Wi-Fi details.

Are Heating & Electric Costs Included?

Yes- there are no hidden costs

Is the House Child Friendly?

Yes- When booking you can request a travel cot* and highchair for your stay.

There is a large garden for children to play in. There is a selection of child friendly books.

*Please note the travel cot does not have linen provided.

Is this House Pet Friendly?

No- This house does not accommodate pets.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Although, there is not a EV Charging point in the property, locally there is are charging points:

- East of England Co-operative, Sizewell Rd, Leiston IP16 4AD

- Suffolk County Council, Station Approach, Town Centre, Saxmundham IP17 1AF ·

Are Linen & Towels Included?

You will be supplied with linen and towels for the 3 double beds and the sofa bed if requested.

Please note no linen is provided for travel cots.

You will need to bring your own beach/ swimming towels if required.

What else can we expect to be included?

- Dishwasher tablets/ washing up liquid/ jay cloth and sponge.

- Oven gloves and a tea towel

- During the winter months a start up of kindling & fire wood will be provided.

- The kitchen has all crockery, cutlery, utensils, glasses etc.

- Basic amount of loo rolls

- There is a cafeteria and Lor Barista Machine: please bring your own pods/ coffee

- You can arrange a supermarket delivery during your stay so that you do not have to bring all the food required. If not there is a Tesco in Saxmundham.

- Any food and drink you require

Other Essentials...

- Washing tablets/ detergent (if you plan on using the washing or tumble machines

- Dishwasher tablets

- Beach Towels

- Portable or disposable BBQs are a good idea if you plan on enjoying the Suffolk Sunshine

- Cot linen, if you require the travel cot

All the other essential that you will personally need.

No Vaping or Smoking withing the Property

If you wish to smoke or vape please do so outside.

Please dispose of your fag butts in a safe manner and once cool put them in the appropriate general waste bin.

No Parties

You may have guests over throughout the day but please respect the property and rules.

Please Note...

No children under the age of 16 years old should be left unsupervised in the property.

Yes- The Nest welcomes dogs, a £25 per dog per stay.

Please note a maximum of 2 dogs.

Is there Outdoor Furniture?

Yes- there is a table and chairs & benches within the garden.

The is a BBQ- please use safely.

The is a Boules and Croquet set that can be used in the garden.

Is the Garden Enclosed?

Yes- the garden has a side gate to the left of the house and the rest of the garden is enclosed.

The front garden has gates which can be used to enclosed the driveway. There is also a security camera on the front post.

Is there Parking?

Yes- There is ample parking on the driveway.
